The reason is that in the work place, IOSH is a statutory regulator of Safety and Health. A large number of people will suffer as a result of poor work practices, which puts them at a higher risk of ill health and death.
What regulations do I have to follow in my workplace?
These guidelines for your workplace come from the regulations made by the government. They can vary depending on what workplace you are in. There are lots of rules that you need to follow in order to keep yourself and your workers safe. If you violate these rules, you will be subject to fines. You will need to see if your workplace is willing to allow you to take on these extra responsibilities.
In some places, they will not. So, it will be up to you to see what you can do to make your workplace safer for you and your workers. You can look to your union for help when you have a problem that you are not sure how to solve.
What is the cause of the serious injuries at work?
There are accidents at work that can cause serious injuries to workers. You need to be aware of the dangers that can befall you when you are at work. It may be that you will be at work in a position that is prone to slipping, falling, or other dangers. You need to find ways that can keep you safe.
If you do slip or fall, you will need to make sure that you have some kind of protection. This could be a safety net, an extension ladder, a guardrail or a device to help you keep your balance. Your work could be so hazardous that it is not worth risking your safety. If you are in this position, you will need to find another job.
If you are working in a potentially hazardous position, you will need to wear the proper safety gear. This may be a respirator mask, a hard hat, goggles, some types of safety shoes or even safety gloves. The thing to do if you are in this position is to have safety and training. You need to be trained in how to do the work properly, and you need to make sure that you follow the regulations.
When you work with people in a busy workplace, anything can happen at any time, including an injury, illness, or even death.
